The Joys of travelling on orange Alert

Well, plane travel is interesting when the States is on Orange Alert, as is a six hour delay topped off by the cancellation of your flight at 11.55pm, but not as much fun as sleeping on the airport floor, all part of the experience. But not so much fun for Vashti, and Bens parents sitting at the airport in Knoxville Tennessee (an hour from their home) and not getting told that the plane was cancelled, getting home at 2am then having to head back to pick me up in the morning..So we all spent the day slightly delerious from lack of sleep.

But it is now nice to be in such a picture postcard setting as Rogersville Tennessee, what a beautiful place, lovely and green (in the middle of summer).

Here till Monday, so will be seeing the actual country side.
