Vegas Part # 2

Grand Canyon was great, did a tour in a van, included a helicopter flight to the bottom and a boatride on the Colorado River, a great day.

I also did 2 shows the night before the Canyon, "V - variety show" at 7.30pm, which was very good, juggling, impersonations, Acrobats, singing & dancing etc, and then saw "Le REve" at the Wynn, the most amazing show I have ever seen in my life, makes Cirque de Solie look like amateurs.......

It was brilliant, I guess doing a show in a theatre that has been built for $180 million specifically for the show makes it easier, it was an arena show and the stage was water, but had stages coming and going out of the water, unbelievable, worth coming to Vegas just to see it.

The night of the Canyon trip I also saw anothe show called "Fashionista", it was ok, but nothing to get excited about..

Well I arrived at the airport to find that the travel agent in LA who booked my flight to San Fransisco booked it for the day before, so what started out being a cheap flight for $131, ended up costing $280.......all part of the fun I guess, oh and the flight was delayed by an hour of course, oh and I was a randomly selected passanger to undergo extra checks, ie: swabs inside my bag etc I felt very special, no cavity searches thankfully.

The King George Hotel in San Fransisco (where I am staying) is the best hotel of the trip, very small but very nice, and in a great location. I am off on a tour in the morning to get my bearings then I will do some sightseeing on my own.

I only have a few days left now, did I mention that I am not coming home?
